You do not need to be home. You will receive a text notification one day prior to your service date as a reminder to keep any gates unlocked and pets inside your home. If you forget to unlock any gates or keep your pets inside, don't worry! We’ll service the accessible areas and you can schedule a convenient time for us to return to service those areas left untreated.

Our solutions utilize as many naturally derived products as possible. Our products are safe for your family and pets to be around, yet powerful enough to do what they do best… control pesky pests around your property!

If you are moving to another property within Brite Pest's service area, we would love to continue providing pest solutions for you at your new home!
We will start with an evaluation and 'deep treatment' of your new property. Please visit our program option pages for deep treatment pricing which is based on your property's square footage. After your first month at your new property, we will continue service at your existing monthly rate.

We cover most insects found in North Texas. Please call or text us with any specific pests you may be curious about!

With mosquito solutions applied every 3 weeks, you can expect to notice a decrease in mosquitos after three applications of our product.

We accept debit cards, credit cards and ACH forms of payment.

Our Subscriptions consist of a one-year agreement. Once you've completed one year of service with Brite Pest, service will then continue month to month. However, we understand life happens and will honor your request of cancellation - we will be sad to see you go!
