Born and raised in Texas, I’m proud to call Melissa my home. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. My path to pest control wasn’t exactly traditional - I started my career in retail and after several years, my wife encouraged me to take a leap of faith, and that led me to pest control.

I began my career in pest control in 2021, working across four companies and two states. In that time, I’ve seen and handled it all. Whether it’s dealing with small bugs like fleas and weevils, live-trapping raccoons in ceilings, or tackling infestations of roaches, carpenter ants, and termites, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience to every job. My work has spanned residential homes, apartments, restaurants, nursing homes, doctors’ offices, warehouses, schools - you name it. No problem is too big, and nothing is too gross for me to handle!

As a Certified Pest Control Applicator and Termite Technician, I enjoy the challenge of tracking down ants, rats, and roaches. These cases require strategy, and there’s a thrill in finding the source and knowing you’ve made a difference, especially when the customer notices.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and stepson. My hobbies include weightlifting and playing Warhammer. I’m always ready to share some of the interesting and unusual things I’ve encountered in the pest control world. Just ask me next time I’m servicing your home!
